On My Own Terms

The new single. A song about refusing to wait until everything feels perfect before you let yourself live. I still check, I still plan, I still prepare. I just will not build a smaller life to keep fear comfortable. Out now on every platform.

Cold dark blue, the album's beginning in the dark

It begins in the dark, with the alarms only you hear.

The numbers. The fear. The nights nobody claps for.

Then something turns. The floor becomes the foundation.

We stop just surviving. We start owning who we are.

We are greater than our highs and lows.

I Am Greater Than My Highs and Lows

The anthem. For anyone worn down by the highs and lows and tired of being measured, who still chooses to rise. The numbers matter, but they do not get to name us.

On My Own Terms

The freedom song. For anyone who keeps building a smaller life to keep fear comfortable. A reminder that you do not need permission to start living.

I'd Carry It For You

Written from a parent to their child. For every parent of a young fighter who feels the words but cannot find them. I cannot carry it for you, but you will never carry it alone.

I'm Not Just A Number

For the days an appointment can make you feel like a reading on a screen. A reminder that behind every number is a whole life, a name, and a face.

My Beginning

The origin story. Where this voice came from, the early weight, the diagnosis, the things that shape you before anyone is watching. For anyone who was handed more than their share too soon and carried it anyway.

I'm Taking It Back

The reclaiming song. For anyone whose life has been run from the back seat by a condition or by fear. The day you put your own hands back on the wheel.

The Story

Who is NIKO ONE

I am NIKO ONE. I sing for the people who carry a battle the world cannot see.

These songs began as words for the type 1 diabetes community. For the highs and lows in the blood, and the highs and lows in a life. They are for the parent checking on their child at 3am, for the person tired of being reduced to a number, for anyone who has hit a breaking point and chosen to build from it.

The message is simple. Our numbers matter, but they do not get to name us.

Be first to hear what's next.

New songs before anyone else. No noise. Just the music, and the moments it is made for.
